MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage Therapy can provide a multitude of benefits for your body and mind. It can increase blood flow (improving circulation), aid muscle relaxation, lower blood pressure, release emotions stored in the body, boost your immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and exfoliate the skin.  Depending on your preference, your therapist can adapt their technique to help you feel invigorated or relaxed.

holistic: a massage using different pressures of touch to encourage muscle relaxation, blood circulation and skin exfoliation.

chair: a briefer massage that allows the client to remain fully clothed throughout. This type of massage is conducted on a chair, designed specifically for this purpose.

deep tissue: a deeper muscle massage, using increased pressure to help relieve aches, tension and pain.

Dr Gabriel will consult with you to find out problem areas, ensuring that she targets key areas of your body. She believes communication with the client is key and will check in with you during the massage to make sure it is as beneficial as possible for you.

Qualifications: ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage (Merit), Diploma in Chair Massage, Diploma in Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage.
